This business has changed hands and is now SHAZ, Bangladeshi & Indian cusine, Dine in the tastefully decorated and set out resturant or have a take away, collect or delivered to your door.
I had a special set meal. choice of almost any starter, main meal, side dish with rice and papadom for just £9.95 very tasty.

Me and my girlfriend really fancied a curry this restaurant is literally out of her front door and across the road  I had the lamb madras with pilau rice and she had lamb rogan josh with plain rice absolutely gorgeous food couldn't fault it . The interior is a bit tired but you can forgive them for that . They don't have a drinks license so you have to take your own wine or beer or spirits . They supply the glasses they do sell soft drinks though. Very nice people lovely food . I'm definitely going back

Dined here after a sad family loss and found it just the right place for the occasion. Set on the busy A24 just outside Worthing, lays back from the main road. Some seriously good cooking here, (based on Ghurkali style). Whilst I do have a problem with curry, (as time marches on), I was able to really enjoy the Hariyali Lamb ..b****y wonderful!! This is boneless lamb marinated/cooked in fresh mint, coriander sauce with spring onions, garlic, ginger and green chillies. Lamb disintegrated in the mouth which wasn't " set on fire", accompanied by Keema rice. My wife went for the Chicken Karahichicken in rich ginger. It looked alright but I had the best choice, ( well I think so). Worth going to have a look and taste

Kumari Tandoori has been offering authentic Indian and Nepalese cuisines in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere at the Findon valley, Worthing since 1997.

In addition to all the traditional Indian curries and tandoori dishes, Kumari also offers Nepalese dishes which are inspired somehow by its Indian and Chinese neighbours giving them nice unique flavours that you may not have had before.

Some examples of the unique dishes you can find at Kumari:

Momo (meat dumpling served with spicy sauce)
Choyela (BBQ type meat seasoned with spicy and succulent sauces)
Sekuwa (Grilled and fried meat with hot and spicy sauce)
Kathmandu chicken or lamb (Battered meat with rich spicy flavors and fresh vegetables)

Dinning at Kumari is relatively cheaper than high street restaurants and costing in average 10-15 £ per person for meals including drinks.

They would be happy to cater for your special occasions (birthdays, wedding anniversaries, farewell and more). Prior booking is highly recommended so that they can offer you're the best possible service.

Open 7 days a week, 5.30-10.30 pm (11.00 on weekends), Kumari is located right next to the Cissbury Ring, a famous natural site for walking and part of recently opened South Down National Park. You can enjoy the sea view, gentle walks and nice food together at the very special corner of South of England.
